Every opportunity I get, I try and learn more about the world of architecture, not for career interest purposes but simply because its complex workings within design are so intriguing. Its obvious I’ve fallen in love with the modern contemporary aesthetic, where clean lines meet unexpected contrast, versions of wood sculptured to create a home, a nest, a place where love is nurtured through bonds.

Furthermore I have noticed that these homes are created for more than just traditional functions, they act as part of a silhouette of comfort, sitting perfectly in the country side open fields, symbolising the passion it took to create the external beauty and the love that fills up their internal spaces. I refrain from using past references because I believe everything belongs to the moment in time in which it was created, regardless of the artists stated influences, which in this case is the 80s.
